The Survey was open Nov. 15 to Dec. 2. Three hundred two employees responded to the survey, the vast majority of whom are teachers and coaches.
Major concerns identified in this survey continue to be planning time, paperwork, salary and the cost of insurance.
BFT continues to work with the district for improvement in these areas.
The Survey results were presented to the BISD Board of Trustees at the December board meeting.
